Do you need monthly payment options for unexpected surgeries? We now have in house payment options. Enrollment fee is $10.00 for 2-12 months then $3.00 monthly billing fee. You set the frequency, you set the length (max 12 months), you set the amount (minimum of $50/month or 10% of balance whichever is greater).
